I am a polyvagal-informed health coach focused on helping people avoid burnout and reduce stress triggered health issues by regulating their nervous systems. Nervous system regulation was a big part of my recovery from a multitude of stress triggered health issues. Yoga was a huge part of my healing journey. Doing yoga daily helps regulate my nervous system and brings me great joy. I'm excited to share my knowledge of polyvagal theory and nervous system regulation with the Bend Yoga Festival community!.
