Hello, I am Starfire (she/her)! I am a 200hr-RYT trained in Vinyasa/Hatha, Yin, Restorative & Kids Yoga. I am also a Harmonic Healer who uses the frequencies of color, sound, and voice to promote and support healing. I am passionate about helping others reach their highest resonance of being through radiant health and by connecting to their true self and soul’s purpose. My heart-centered and intuitive offerings stem from a trauma-informed and somatic awareness approach while also encouraging creativity and play. I love working with beings of all ages and every walk of life!
