All events are rain or shine; be prepared with layers for rapid temperature changes, with the exception of lightning, which if forecasted, may require cancellation of a paddle session.

Embark on your adventure with a guided hike up the iconic Pilot Butte, offering panoramic views of Bend's urban landscape and a stunning backdrop of our Cascade Mountains on clear days. Breathe in the crisp, fresh air as you hike 0.9 miles each way, with an elevation gain of just under 500 feet.
Upon reaching the summit, transition into a 30-40-minute yoga practice that harmonizes body and mind. Catering to all levels, this session blends movement and restoration, allowing you to stretch and flow amidst the awe-inspiring natural setting.
Conclude the session with a 10-15 minute nature meditation experience, deepening your connection with the environment through mindfulness and sensory awareness. SURFACES: The hiking trail is dirt with occasional loose gravel. Yoga surface is asphalt. Meditation surface is grass.
BRING: day pack, travel yoga mat or large beach towel to practice on asphalt, water bottle, and snack.
